LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (HSPC/DBBC) -  BREWS and BARKS will be held on September 13th, hosted by the Humane Society of Pulaski County and Diamond Bear Brewing Company. The event will take place at the new location of Diamond Bear at 600 N. Broadway in North Little Rock from 2-5pm.

Tickets for BREWS and BARKS, the only dog-friendly craft beer tasting in central Arkansas, are available at the website, www.warmhearts.org,  for $25 ($30 at gate).  The cost of admission entitles participants to unlimited beer tasting and sampling of hot dogs.  Participating craft beer breweries include: New Belgium, Boulevard, Saddlebock, Abita, Sam Adams, Mother's and Diamond Bear.

Participants are welcome to bring their furry friends on a leash, or come solo to sip the suds and enjoy the afternoon activities.  Entertainment will be provided by the John Michael Vance Trio.  And,  a large screen television will broadcast the Razorback football game.

Proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
