LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. – The in-bound lane of Vandenberg Boulevard from Marshall Road to John Hardin Road in Jacksonville will be closed from 7 a.m. to approximately 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, for the delivery of a C-130 aircraft as a static display to the Jacksonville-Little Rock Air Force Base University Center.

Once the aircraft gets to the intersection of Vandenberg Boulevard and John Hardin Road near Highway 67/167, local authorities will close the access road and it will be closed until the aircraft is placed in the Education Center parking lot. During the road closure, the base’s Vandenberg Gate (main gate) can be accessed by traveling north on Marshall Road. The Vandenberg outbound lane will remain open.
