WHAT:   As we age, our focus is not only to keep our bodies in shape, but to keep our minds as sharp as possible. The 5th annual CareLink Quiz Bowl is the result of three to four months of study for Senior Centers teams from throughout central Arkansas.  They study specific categories/decades; then the teams then come together for the one-day tournament.  The game is similar to “Jeopardy.” 

WHO:     Participants from Senior Centers throughout Arkansas who are looking for programs to keep the mind and memory sharp.  The Quiz Bowl event enables centers to schedule regular meetings/study sessions for their teams. 

WHEN:   10 a.m. Friday, July 12

WHERE:  First United Methodist Church, 220 W. Main Street, Jacksonville
